Jennie, has your MFM said anything yet? I am wondering if there might be a connection with weird/abnormal implantation.
If the cells that remodel the spiral arteries can't remodel them as well, it might be possible that they release anti-clotting chemicals or something similar that caused you to hemorrhage?
Please keep us posted; I hope you have a smooth recovery from here.

Re : DC Operation UPDATE!!!
Hugs...sry to hear that, it is so difficult to loose a child.
Re : DC Operation UPDATE!!!
It is so hard loosing a baby and to have complications on top of that does not make it any easier. Please take care of yourself and take the time to recover. Will be thinking of you and your family.

Dear Jennie,
I am so, so sorry. It's so hard loosing a baby. And it's so scary when things go unexpected
I have been there. And it took quite a while before I recovered. But I did eventually and fully so.
Thinking of you.

Oh my God, I can't believe you had to deal with all of that on top of your baby loss too. That's just awful and unfair and scary. But I'm glad that you survived. I hope the specialists can give you some answers and some hope too.

Re : DC Operation UPDATE!!!
Wow, I had a mc in my second trimester as well and hemmoraged from it. I woke up and thought something was wrong. I even said something is wrong to the nurse. My ob was in the area and kind of looked at the nurse with a concerned look. The nurse looked and said no honey everything is ok. I went up to the floor. As soon as everyone left the room I started hemmoraging. They ended up running more fluids, running tons of extra pit with nurses pushing on my stomach. Fortunately they got the bleeding stopped. Because of that, when I had Cate, my ob went in and manually cleared my uterus.
I am sorry it went so horrible. Big hugs!
