Thanks to everyone for their messages - I am still quite overwhelmed one week on.

I took low dose aspirin, calcium / Vit D supplements and folic acid 5mg - all from 12 weeks. Its hard to know whether these made any difference or if things would have gone very different this time whatever I had done (I suspect the latter).

By the way, I am 39 years old, have chronic kidney disease and had very severe PE in my first pregnancy starting around 25 weeks. So even if a lot seems to be against you, I think there are large chance factors and it can go very much better the next time.

Congrats Jules.....I wish things will go the same for me. So far I feel great but will be almost 2 months. Jules did they put you on any meds?

2011/27/July we beat preeclampsia and made it to 36.5 weeks 6lbs 1oz baby girl "Kendall Lauren " pe-free just bp started acting up.
Thanks to God, my doctor, Lovenox and Lda.
