What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE?
I went straight into HELLP. We did not ID it right away, so I was sick for over a week. (everyone thought it was the flu)
Fairly severe...could not be awake for my c-section

and what week did you deliver any previous babies?
29 weeks...baby had not grown for a week and was in distress :( He did not make it..died of NEC

Are you taking any supplements or meds?
LDA

Do you have any underlying disorders?
Initially I had a postive ANA, but further testing didn't show any more results

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you?
21 weeks..so far so good. I am a nervous wreck though.
Our first son was born and passed in Feb of 2010. Born at 29 weeks due to HELLP and passed due to NEC. We miss him every day. :~(

Our second son was born at 39 weeks gestation in Nov of 2011. No HELLP or pre-e! Took LDA starting at week 12 and went off of it at week 38!

What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE?
PreE and HELLP, bedrest at 35 weeks due to a high blood pressure reading and induced at 37 weeks. Found out I had HELLP when I got to the hospital on day of induction.

and what week did you deliver any previous babies?
37 weeks on the dot

Are you taking any supplements or meds?
Prenatals (dr. prescribed), self-prescribed low-dose aspirin, vitamin B, and Calcium with vitamin D. Desided to take these after reading about them.

Do you have any underlying disorders?
Nope, healthy person.

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you?
This time I'm having twins. I am at 25 weeks 5 days. BP readings have been fine. Some swelling has set in. My AST/ALT levels are still in normal range but have gone up (doctor's not concerned because they are in normal range). Did a complete PreE panel around 8 weeks that showed I had 310 protein in urine 24 hours (weird right?). Did another PreE panel at 24 weeks and protein has gone up to 346. My OB still is not concerned, I am. Other than that this time no morning sickness and generally feel better.

What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE?
I developed or was at least diagnosed with severe pe at 27 weeks with my first. I had to be induced at 28 weeks. I think I had it earlier than 27 weeks though due to all the symptoms I had for months!

and what week did you deliver any previous babies?
28 weeks

Are you taking any supplements or meds?
Yep. I am on Calcium+D, prenatals, LDA, and now on 400mg of labateolol (just started taking more..was on 100mg.)

Do you have any underlying disorders?
Chronic Hypertension

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you?
This pregnancy has been much better. I started out on meds and was very controlled with the BP. I even had a 2nd trimester dip ( never had that with my 1st pregnancy). I am 34 weeks. As of last week I spilled some protein (so pe may be on its way), but my BP is very controlled with the meds..so I am hoping to limp along as far as possible! I was supposed to be scheduled to have this baby at 37 weeks, but it may be a little earlier than that! I hope I can make it to at least 36 which is only 2 weeks away. I guess I will see at my next doctors appointment. (Oh..I am also currently on bed rest at home)

What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE?Severe PE at 28 weeks.
and what week did you deliver any previous babies?
Delivered at 31+4 weeks little Oliver had been IUGR from 28 weeks, born a tiny 1250 grams.

Are you taking any supplements or meds?
LDA and 1200mg Calcium daily.

Do you have any underlying disorders?
No, but have had trace protein since my son was dilvered in 2009 (still within a 'normal' range) under the care of a high risk ob and renal specialist.

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you?
So far so good protein seems to be staying the same, BP been much lower and not needing medication (sometimes gets a bit low for me) and baby is doing very well have plenty of scans to keep an eye on growth. 21+5days bubby is measuring slightly bigger so we are very happy with that!! (my son was always in the 15th percentile until he stopped growing at 28 weeks so it is of great comfort knowing that our little bundle is growing well). Looks like delivery will be 11th November 2011 at 37 weeks if all goes to plan and nasty PE stays away.

What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE?
I had severe PRE E (diagnosed as severe due to being before 32 weeks) and possible HELLP (they didn't diagnose me as HELLP although I had most signs, I can't remember which was not there!)

and what week did you deliver any previous babies?
Emma was born at 32 weeks 1 day

Are you taking any supplements or meds?
Just your usual prenatal and extra calcium/vit d.

Do you have any underlying disorders?
nope!

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you?
Ok so far. 26 weeks 5 days (due date changed by 3 days--so maybe 27 weeks, 1 day! lol) Had a scare around 23ish weeks with a high reading BP (daughter had been attacked by a dog and I'm pretty sure that I was just really upset over that because I haven't had any super high readings for me..although I get nervous at anything thats like 110/70 because I'm a lunatic!)

What had happened in previous pregnancies/pregnancy? Hellp/PreE? And what week did you deliver any previous babies?

Second pregnancy-Severe preeclampsia was discovered after being hospitalized for a placenta tear. Four days later, at 24+2 wks we were forced to deliver. After having a perfect first pregnancy and BP/protein being fine two weeks prior, this came as a huge shock to all involved.

Are you taking any supplements or meds? Lovenox shots, LDA and Extra Vit D

Do you have any underlying disorders? Nope

How is this pregnancy going and how far along are you? I am 24 weeks and 5 days. So far so good. No signs of PE yet. This pregnancy feels a lot like my first with Davis, which with Cooper the pregnancy was a lot more difficult on me from the beginning so we are crossing our fingers that is a good sign and we will make it to 38 weeks when my c-section will be scheduled.
