Bloody Nose?
Re: Bloody Nose?
I did have my appointment and was so relieved that everything went well that I forgot to ask him about it. My blood pressure was good though, so I guess it has nothing to do with that. If it keeps happening I'll try to remember to ask about it at my next appointment in two weeks.

Our first child, Peyton Mark, was born sleeping at 33 weeks on Oct. 25th 2011. Developed pre-e at 32 weeks.
Pregnant again with what I pray is our rainbow baby, due Oct. 14th 2012. Will induce labor no later than 38 weeks if we make it that far!

Re: Bloody Nose?
I have never heard about a bloody nose being part of PE - very interesting!
I will say, though, that usually at the end of the first trimester, I get a sinus junk that seems to last a few weeks and part of it includes a bloody nose. Just off and on, bothersome, and nothing serious. Did you have your appt today? Mention it to the doc?

Re: Bloody Nose?
I had a bloody nose with my first the day I was delivered which they said was due to pree but I have also heard that it is a normal part of pregnancy. Not sure how to advise. Hope you get some good answers.

Re: Bloody Nose?
I just searched through old posts and saw a few mentioning baby aspirin, could that combined with the 1st trimester stuffy nose be the cause?

Bloody Nose?
I remember after I delivered my son that I had a bloody nose... I wondered if that was from the high blood pressure? Now I'm only 8 weeks and I have a bloody nose again...it's not like pouring out, but almost every time I blow my nose (which is several times a day) it has blood or little clots of blood in it. This makes me nervous for obvious reasons...my next appointment is Wednesday but I'm wondering if I need to go check my blood pressure before then? So far this pregnancy it has been back to normal... any advice?
