Erinn,
Sending a prayer that tomorrow goes well, let us know when you're home!
Quick prayer request, please
Re : Quick prayer request, please
Michelle - I am going to my regular OB/GYN. I trust him because he followed his instinct with my first pregnancy and called me at home after 8:00 at night to come into the hospital for a 24 hour observation because he didn't like the way my blood pressure looked on non stress tests from that week. 6 days later, I progressed to full on severe pre-eclampsia and had to have an emergency induction. I'm going to him to ask questions, see if I can get him to order some labs, and see if he wants to even take on my case at all, or refer me to a MFM. I'm comfortable, to a point...He's not a specialist, just a regular OBGYN. I've been studying my condition pretty intensely over the last several weeks...I probably know more than he does about the disease. :-)
Re : Quick prayer request, please
you're in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck.

I'll definately say a prayer for you....but are you sure you want to go to that doctor? It doesn't sound like you are very comfortable there. I know it's nerverwracking either way. I practically went into full on panic attack mode at my preconception appointment.Let us know how it goes.
Quick prayer request, please
My doc appointment is tomorrow afternoon. Going in to discuss TTC again and see what doc has to say...Granted, I am probably far more studied on the issue of PE than he is, but I digress...
Please send me any prayers or positive vibes you have to spare...I am really nervous about what he has to say, and about the decision we are going to have to make about whether or not TTC again is worth the risk of a second preeclamptic pregnancy.
I'll keep you all posted whenever I can.
