Sorry to hear about your experience with HELLP syndrome. It can be very scary to look at trying again. The good news is that there are some good resources out there. I recommend that you visit http://www.smfm.org and use their Physician Locator tool to find an MFM in your area that specializes in preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

looking for Doctor

I live in Washington DC. I had HELLP at 25wks. My son is now 2. My husband would like to have a second child. I am fearful. We are looking for a HELLP specialist in MD/DC/VA to consult with. Anyone know of any good perinatologist/Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist to consult with?
