I don't know how true it is but I was told by the drs when I was in the hospital that your BP is suppose to be slightly elevated in the first trimester to get extra blood flow to the uterus and baby then the second trimester it is suppose to go down then back up the next trimester. I would ask your dr.
Im 30 weeks also and at my appointment yesterday I was negative but the two appts before that I was +1 and then it went to trace and then nothing. So I don't know Im just as confused as you !! Great news though !!
Wow, what a wonderful appointment! I'm jealous of those pressures too ;-), though very happy for you. My proteins have been fluctuating since I had my first diagnostic 24h at 29 weeks - trace, 1+, negative, trace... yay for yours staying at negative, hope they'll do so for many, many more weeks.
