24 weeks!

Postby sarahkm » Thu Apr 25, 2013 09:33 am

I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow!! So happy! That was my second goal! The little guy's movements still are not consistent, but it is such a relief when I feel them. I have an OB appointment today and hope they find the heartbeat fast. He has been moving around every time we put the probe on him that it takes awhile to find it, which of course puts me in a panic.
We are leaving for a week long vacation in Oregon on Saturday. Then I have another u/s on May 6.
I've also started a temporary relief veterinarian position this week, 20 hours a week for probably no more than 6 weeks. They know that I'm high risk and have to watch myself, but we need the money and it will be helpful to have the position on my resume!

My BP has been stable with the meds and my kidneys are doing what they are supposed to!

Sarah (43)
Mother to Nathanael James born still 12/31/2006 at 38 weeks. Class I HELLP sydrome, placental abruption, acute kidney failure.
Miscarriage 12/2011
Elias Nathanael born healthy 07/28/2013 at 37 weeks 2 days, 5#11oz. No signs of HELLP or preeclampsia! Tear noticed in placenta after delivery.
Expecting again (another boy!), due date 10/17/2015 but will be induced around September 25. No concerns at this time other than low iron. On low dose aspirin, iron infusions, vitamins, metoprolol, Vitamin D.
