One week after delivering my twins which was an emergency c section, I developed a severe headache. I thought maybe it was from fatigue or feeling overwhelmed from my babies being in the Special Care Nursery. Tylenol or ibuprofen was not helping the headache at all. I got my blood pressure taken at the hospital while visiting my twins and it was dangerously high. I went to the ER and I was told if I went back home, I would have been back to the hospital via ambulance. Postpartum preeclampsia is so real and scary. I just want to spread the awareness.
