Robyn D'Oria is the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium (CJFHC) a 501(c)3, not-for-profit agency. The Consortium is a regionalized network of agencies and providers involved in the delivery of perinatal and pediatric services primarily in central New Jersey. Robyn received her BSN from Seton Hall University, MA in Nursing Education from New York University and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. She has been involved in maternal child health for her entire career in a variety of roles and her passion to ensure the health and wellness of women of childbearing age has led her to focus on preventing maternal mortality and morbidity.

D'Oria has been extensively involved with improving national obstetric patient safety through her involvement with quality improvement initiatives, including state lead for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) postpartum hemorrhage project, and as a member of their Expert Panel on Maternal Mortality. More recently, she has served as a consultant for AWHONN and their Merck for Mothers Postbirth Warning Signs Initiative and received the 2022 AWHONN Nurse Leader of the Year award.

Currently, she is a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the Institute for Perinatal Quality Improvement, co-chair of the NJ Perinatal Quality Collaborative, member of the NJ Maternal Mortality Review Committee, as well as the governor-appointed NJ Maternal Care Quality Collaborative.

She and her husband are the parents of two grown children and reside in Central New Jersey. She has served on the Preeclampsia Foundation Board of Directors since 2019.

Anne Musacchio Croslow is wife and mother to three children. She is a licensed attorney and an active Certified Public Accountant. Annie is a former Deputy Associate Counsel to the President of the United States and before that worked as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where she represented clients in internal investigations and in white-collar and regulatory matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. Annie, who previously was an auditor at Deloitte LLP, has been recognized by the D.C. Bar for her commitment to pro bono practice. Annie graduated magna cum laude from Belmont University, where she led the women’s soccer team to its first appearance in the NCAA Division I national tournament. Annie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. As a survivor of severe preeclampsia, Annie is dedicated to raising awareness among both mothers and fathers about preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome, and she advocates for early screening to improve prenatal monitoring of at-risk women. Annie lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Lucas and their two daughters and one son. She has served on the Board of Directors since 2021.

Raphaël Charbit is a CFA® Charterholder and a Certified Treasury Professional, with a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master's degree in finance from Institut Superieur de Gestion. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business. He has worked in finance positions, including as a finance analyst and treasury manager, for multiple large-scale companies. Having been personally impacted by preeclampsia; he lives in New York, with his wife and daughter. Raphaël has been a member of the Preeclampsia Foundation Board of Directors since 2023.

Todd McLaughlin serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. AFP is the professional association of individuals and organizations that generate philanthropic support for a wide variety of charitable institutions. Founded in 1960, AFP advances philanthropy through its 31,000 members in more than 240 chapters throughout the world. He has extensive background in the association management arena. With more than 25 years in the profession, Todd brings a solid, senior level of experience in management, leadership, and marketing in the association space. Todd holds a BA in Communications from Lynchburg College (now University) in Lynchburg Virginia. Todd lives in Alexandria Virginia, and loves to travel with friends and experience other cultures, food and wine. He has served on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2019.

Fran Ayalasomayajula is a distinguished digital health technologist and public health professional, who currently serves as President of Reach Healthcare, leading the development of novel innovations through a variety of partner engagement models, industry thought leadership, and accelerated growth initiatives. Fran’s experience spans the US and overseas including Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, working with Fortune 50 companies leading diverse cross-functional teams, and providing broad technical and industry knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences sector. She has worked with industry, government, non-governmental organizations, professional associations, and alliance partners to educate and engage stakeholders on issues related to technology adoption, adaption, experiences, guidelines, and regulations. Her efforts have resulted in increased brand awareness, lucrative strategic business partnerships and increased sales revenues and profit margins. Renowned for her situational leadership style and outstanding communication skills, Fran leads by example, sets the agenda, optimizes staff and builds high performing teams that exceed corporate goals.

Fran has served on the Board since August 2022.

Jennifer DeYoung is a health policy and program strategist and innovator from St. Paul, Minnesota. She most recently served as a Senior Director at the United States of Care where she leads up the organization’s Innovation Lab. The Innovation Lab works to understand people’s needs from, and experiences with, the health care system and creates innovative policy solutions to address these needs. Jennifer brings almost two decades of experience working in the public sector to advance health equity at the federal, state, and local level. In her previous role as Deputy Policy Director at Public Health—Seattle & King County, Jennifer co-led the design and implementation of Best Starts for Kids—the nation’s most comprehensive investment in promotion, prevention and early intervention efforts that support healthy development of kids, families, and communities. Prior to her work for Seattle-King County, she held various senior management roles at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. There, she managed multiple programs within the State’s Medicaid program including the State’s managed care contracts, quality improvement initiatives, and benefits policy administration. She has also served as a Senior Health Care Analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where she led a variety of projects including those on mental health parity, Medicare physician payment policies, and seasonal flu vaccine distribution, among others.

Jennifer has a master’s in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in policy analysis and applied economics from Columbia University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. She has served on the Preeclampsia Foundation Board of Directors since 2022.

Jasmine Mago is a marketing and communication strategist with more than 20 years of Big Four professional experience in leading pursuit development and strategy for complex, must win business development opportunities. She serves as a Senior Manager at Deloitte where she is focused on growing the Advisory business by serving as a trusted coach and strategist for teams pursuing new opportunities. Beyond her role, Jasmine serves as a coach and mentor focused on building future pursuit leaders, a frequent facilitator for a leadership development program designed to give professionals experience navigating the world of pursuits, and is a dedicated advocate on Deloitte’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Council. In June 2023, Jasmine was recognized by Deloitte as a recipient of the 2023 Purpose MVP Award recognizing her for making an impact in Deloitte’s focus area of equity outside the firm by helping to improve maternal health. Jasmine has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Business Management from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC. She is an alumni member of The George Washington University Luther Rice Society, and a professional member of Ascend which is the largest, non-profit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America.

Jasmine experienced severe early-onset preeclampsia, requiring the premature delivery of her son at 28 weeks. Jasmine leverages her representative experience as a preeclampsia survivor and NICU parent to mentor families and advocate for education and research. As a dedicated volunteer of the Foundation since 2011, Jasmine previously served as a volunteer with the Preeclampsia Foundation as a leader of the Chicago, IL Promise Walk & 5K Run, member of the Patient Advisory Council for six years, and a trained spokesperson who shared her experience in live interviews with dozens of radio stations across the country. She also authored a children’s book Kangaroo care, please? to provide hope and education for families to help them better cope with premature birth and the NICU journey. Jasmine lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two sons. She has served on the Board of Directors since June 2023.

Suzanne Marinello is the Senior Director, Global Patient Safety Risk Management Center of Excellence (CoE) for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she brings over 24 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotech to her focus on patient safety. Her specialty has been enabling better access to important medications. She began her career working for the American Red Cross.

Suzanne is a severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome survivor, who gave birth her son at 32 weeks premature in 2011. Her work on the board of the Preeclampsia Foundation is driven by her passion to help educate others so that earlier diagnosis can occur and we can one day find a cure. She proudly supports non-profit organizations, including the Fresh Air Fund where her husband works to help help provide free life-changing outdoor summer experiences for 1.8 million children in New York City's underserved communities.

She is a resident of Northern Florida, where she enjoys time with her family and their two dogs. Suzanne has served on the Preeclampsia Foundation Board of Directors since 2024.

Dr. Dimino is passionate about reducing maternal mortality and morbidity by increasing access to superior health care for all women and their unborn babies. As a Medical Director of Operations for Ob Hospitalist Group, she coaches our Ob hospitalist teams to improve outcomes for the women in their community, while she fosters leadership development in our team members.

Dr. Dimino is a certified physician executive and earned a Master of Medical Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She completed residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital / Washington University in St. Louis after she graduated from medical school at The Ohio State University. Her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University is in journalism. Dr. Dimino joined Ob Hospitalist Group in January 2013 after 7 years of private practice in Houston, Texas. She continues to work clinically as a hospitalist at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital while she serves as a Medical Director of Operations.

Dr. Dimino is committed to decreasing maternal mortality and improving public health even outside her role with Ob Hospitalist Group. She is a member of the board of directors for the Society of OB/GYN Hospitalists where she is also an editor and collaborator for the upcoming core competencies for OB/GYN hospitalists. She serves as a faculty member of the Texas AIM Plus Obstetric Hemorrhage Learning Collaborative to assist Texas hospitals with implementing AIM bundles to improve and standardize patient care during obstetrical emergencies. Dr. Dimino has had an active role with the Texas Medical Association for more than a decade and currently serves on their Council of Science and Public Health. She has participated in the TMA Texas Maternal Health Congress and has been a leader in coalescing ideas from physicians across the state to elevate maternal health. She is the chair of the Quality Committee for the Harris County Medical Society in Houston. She is also a member of the board of directors for The Health Museum in Houston. She has served on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2020.

Akiesha Gilcrist Sainvil is a Miami-based shareholder with Greenberg Traurig. Her practice focuses on complex, high-stakes product liability and commercial disputes. She has deep experience advising clients in multidistrict litigation, mass torts, class actions, and single-plaintiff cases, as well as disputes between business partners and commercial competitors.

Akiesha regularly advises her clients on pre-litigation matters. She conducts comprehensive risk assessments for clients seeking to expand their portfolios, evaluating potential liabilities and regulatory risks to support informed decision-making and strategic growth. Additionally, she counsels clients on risk management and dispute prevention, helping them identify potential vulnerabilities and implement tailored strategies with the goal of minimizing exposure to costly and disruptive litigation.

Akiesha is committed to serving her community and has held numerous leadership roles in legal and community organizations, including with state bar associations, national-scale mentorship initiatives, and community boards dedicated to youth development. She fosters inclusive leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, using her experience to support the next generation of legal and community leaders. 

As a two-time survivor of preeclampsia, Akiesha is deeply committed to raising awareness, advancing research, and advocating for better maternal health outcomes. Her experiences fuel her passion for supporting individuals and families affected by the condition to help ensure they have access to critical education, resources, and care. Through her leadership and advocacy, she strives to drive meaningful change, helping to prevent preeclampsia-related complications and save lives.

Akiesha and her husband are proud parents to two children. She has served on the Preeclampsia Foundation Board of Directors since 2025.
